Understanding residential styles can become very complex, especially when a house has undergone renovations, additions, ect. that comingle the style. And often, industry experts are at odds when trying to narrow pin down a property to a specific style. Fortunately, Realtor magazine recently published a Guide to Residential Styles that is extremely helpful at simplifying the characteristics that define the differences.
