Fannie & Freddie (Mae & Mac) Won't Play Scrooge This Year
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac announced that they won't be evicting anyone from their homes due to foreclosure during the holidays. Executing a holiday moratorium from 12/18-1/3, the foreclosure process will continue administratively but without evictions. What's more, this applies to Single Family and 2-4 Unit Residences.
